Alaska Publishing sends the formal, signed and stamped contract to the author via e-mail. The publishing process starts when the author fills in the necessary areas, signs on the contract and sends to alaskayayinevi@gmail.com.
To formally press and deliver the books, Alaska Publishing obtains the necessary ISBN (International Standard Book Number) and the banderoles on behalf of the author. As required by the regulation no 28388. After the process of pressing, the publishing house sends six of the books to Derleme Kütüphanesi and one to the ISBN Agency.
Our editor, who is professional in their field, examines your work in detail and makes the necessary editing in spelling and punctuation. They send you the editing notes via e-mail. Right after you have confirmed the edited file via e-mail, the phase of layout takes up.
Alaska Publishing performs the layout design of your book, which has been edited and gets it ready for publishing. The file, which has been ready is sent to the author via e-mail in PDF format. After the confirmation of the author, the phase of cover design takes up.
Our graphic designer starts working in accordance with the instructions that are put forward by the editor. Taking the opinions of the author into consideration, the cover design work is completed. Then, it is sent to the author via e-mail in PDF format.
The last version of the layout and cover design of the book are sent to the author via e-mail. After the confirmation of the author for press via e-mail, the book is sent to the printing house.
In a month, beside Alaskakitap.com your book is put on sale on tens of platforms such as Kitapyurdu, D&R, Idefix, Kitap Sepeti, Pandora, Bkm Kitap, Amazon, Köln Kütüphane, Kitap Avrupa, Mercan Kitap, Kitap Store, Kitap Al Oku, Kitabına Bak, Küresel Kitap, Davud Kitabevi, Kitapzen and Kitap Sahaf. The amount of the pressed books that are stated on the contract are given to the author. If the author demands more books, they can purchase in thirty per cent discounted from the sale price.
Book introduction is made on our social media accounts and national news sites. The author is interviewed on Edebiyat Gazetesi, which is monthly published in Turkiye.
Alaska Publishing invites the author to the book fairs that it joins across the country. The author doesn’t pay to join the fair.
The author is paid the defined amount on the contract on the twelfth month of the year. The author can demand books for the copyright charge.
